- Hello my name is OSCAR and I am the travelling teddy bear from Thorne Manor Nursery in Holsworthy, Devon, UK. I live at the nursery which is set on a working farm, we have dairy cows, some lambs, a snake, some fish, a terrapin and a dog and a cat and of course lots of children that visit the nursery every day. The children take it in turns to take me home, to their parties, on holiday with them or sometimes just home for a sleep over.
I have my own suitcase, camera and diary and the mummys and daddys all help to let everyone know what I have been up to and now this web site lets them tell everyone about all the fun I have with the children (and adults) from Thorne Manor Nursery.
